Charges

Here at “Out Of Thin Air” I offer a VALUABLE service that’s both realistic and affordable – a service that includes free basic estimates and general advice, clarification and follow up phone calls or emails as part of my stated fee which are normally charged as ‘extras’ by others.

Individual prices are as per installation estimate dependent upon local conditions and requirements. Call out charges upto £30.00* for the first hour followed by £25 per each subsequent hour, within normal business hours i.e. Mon-Thu 8:30am-5.30pm. Fri. 9.30am-4.00pm, Saturday Mornings by special arrangement only.

Please Note: A daily rate (8 hrs) of £200 applies.

Emergency call-outs during out of business hours will be charged at the rate of £50 per hour.

Aerial Installation

Installation of various aerials to allow you to watch either ‘Freeview’ on your television or listen to FM or DAB radio clearly from your hi-fi system.

Professional and Independent Advise

Professional and independent advise to maximise your viewing opportunities (whether Aerial / Satellite or Cable) .

Fault Finding

Does your television picture 'pixelate' or suffer from 'break-up' or interference patterns , which spoils your viewing experience?

Does the message 'No Satellite Signal being received' appear on your screen?

Do you have some freeview channels missing?

(Remember the number of ‘Freeview’ channels available is dependent upon where you live and whether you can receive from a relay or main transmitter )..

Enhancements or Modifications

No more falling to sleep on the sofa infront of the lounge TV - arrange for Out of Thin Air to relay SKY to the bedroom TV.

Have peace and quiet to watch the Soaps - arrange for Out of Thin Air to set up another TV for the children in another room.

Installation of Satellite

Installation of Satellite dishes and receivers for either a chosen ‘Sky’ package* subscription or a ‘Freesat’ installation – 'sky' isn't the only option! . Believe in Steve!

Additional Channels

I can also install motorised systems to receive additional channels, including foreign or ethnic channels from other satellites.

Fitting Service

I provide a television wall fitting and product installation service to connect up PVR’s, Video’s, DVD’s, Surround Sound systems etc..
